New House, Oxshott, Surrey

This was a speculative development for no defined end-user which is considerably more difiicult for this reason. The requirement was for a modern 4000 sq.ft house to be constructed which felt like it had sat on its plot for a number of years. All the materials externally were solid oak and reclaimed stock bricks with hand made clay roof tiles.
