Industrial Units - Trafford Park, Manchester

The project was for a large distribution centre in the North West of England whos requirements was for a new industrial unit together with adjacent offices. The design was modern and simplicity was key, the main objective was to prepare a modular design which maintained interest through its overall massing and detail.
