Office Refurbishment and New Entrance Facade, London.

The brief was to refurbish a large 20,000 sq.ft office block which was being used as a educational facility. The lightwell in the centre of the offices was infilled and new lifts were also installed as well as a new entrance facade, replacement windows and air conditioning system. The offices were in a conservation area in London and adjacent to a church which made planning and party wall matters more complex than usual.
